There is bar seating at the kitchen to seat an additional five people. Just outside the eating area windows is the sundeck, pool, hot tub and a gas grill. From the pool you’re only a minute’s walk to the beach! The first floor living area includes a gas fireplace and plasma TV. Also situated on the first floor are a master bedroom and bath, the laundry room and a powder room. The second floor has a master bedroom and bath with a large covered balcony overlooking the pool below and the marsh and beach. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bath, and the third bedroom has two full size beds with a private bath. The third floor has a large clubroom with hardwood floors, and a larger bar area, with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and ice machine. The clubroom has seven bar stools, a large living area and plasma TV. This room also has a queen size sleeper sofa and a half bath. Down the hall from the clubroom is the large kid’s room. Truly a kid’s hang out! It has three twin size beds, a trundle bed, and a private bath. All bedrooms have a TV with VCR/DVD player. Enjoy the many covered balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floors for quiet, private escapes. And when you need a break from the beach and pool, the house is within walking distance of a playground, public tennis courts, and a large playing field. *Pool and spa may be heated upon request for an additional fee.
