At the back of the house (Oceanside) there is an entry to an in-law apartment, which has a living area, kitchen, private bath and the sixth bedroom, which has two queen beds. The apartment opens out to the backyard and private pool. The yard is magnificently landscaped with many flowering plants and shrubs and manicured lawn leading out to the ocean. The yard has been pictured in several magazines and is one of the nicest in Hilton Head. The spring is the best time to come and enjoy the yard with the numerous blooming Azaleas and other flowering plants. At the back of the yard there is a wooden walkway leading out to the ocean. At the end of the walkway, just before you step on the beach, is a private sunning area with hammock and lounge chair. The beach is private and one of the nicest in Hilton Head. The home is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Coligny Plaza, which has many fine and/or casual restaurants and several unique shops, is located approximately one mile from the home. There are bike trails leading all the way to Coligny.
